Return Policy - Food Products

Below, we provide you with information regarding our return policy, with a focus on food products.

General Return Policy:
Returns are excluded for several types of goods. Perishable goods such as food products are not eligible for return.

Recognizing that food products are an exception to this general return policy, however, we also understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. Therefore, we accept returns for food products only under the following conditions:.

Return of Food Products:
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Returns must include all original accessories and packaging.

Wine with Cork:
Wine must be returned with the product inside. So as to ascertain the defect.
The cork must be well sealed to preserve the integrity of the product.
This condition is only applicable if the customer believes the product is defective or problematic.

Creams/pastes/toasted products.
Creams/pastes must be returned resealed to allow for verification of the problem.
The lid must be well sealed to preserve the integrity of the product.
This condition applies only if the customer believes the product is defective or problematic.

Procedure for Return:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return a product.
For returns of food products, including wine and creams/pastes, provide a detailed description of the reason for the return.
Follow the instructions provided by our customer service department for the return.

Important Note:
We cannot accept returns of food products if the packaging has been opened or compromised in any way prior to delivery, unless the product itself is defective or damaged.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Package Inspection:
Please always check that the package is undamaged upon delivery.
Accept the package conditionally if you notice obvious damage to the packaging.
Promptly reporting damage during delivery facilitates possible claims procedures.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method, within 30 days.

Late or outstanding refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally recorded.

Then contact your bank. There are often processing times involved in registering a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at shop@altalangabio.it and send the item to the following address: Via Vittorio Veneto 43 12072 Camerana CN Italy.

Shipping
To make a return, ship the item to the following address: Via Vittorio Veneto 43 12072 Camerana CN Italy.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement item to be delivered may vary.

If you need to ship an item valued over €75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
